We craft these doughs into various sizes of square and oblong loaves, hoagies, hotdog buns, Kaiser rolls, hamburger buns, knots, rolls, pistols, pull-apart rolls, boules, pizza squares, baguettes, and we are happy to cater to other shapes that interest you.

We also have a variety of pastries and sweets including but not limited to:

Our products are delivered Monday through Saturday. Orders must be placed by 3 pm for delivery the following day. You may order by phone or fax, or establish a standing order.
